Welcome to ClickFun Events Co. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ClickFun Events Co provides photo booth rental services for private events, corporate events, weddings, parties, and other special occasions. Service details, rental duration, and included features will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

2. Booking & Payments

• A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure your event date.
• Final payment must be completed before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Payments are non-transferable unless approved by ClickFun Events Co.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Cancellations made within a certain period before the event may be subject to additional fees.
• If ClickFun Events Co is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or rescheduled date may be offered at our discretion.

4. Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate indoor space for setup and operation
• Access to standard electrical outlets
• Safe working conditions for equipment and staff
• Venue access during agreed setup and breakdown times

ClickFun Events Co reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or violates venue regulations.

5. Equipment & Damage

Clients are responsible for any significant damage caused to equipment by guests, venue staff, or attendees during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

6. Photo & Media Usage

Unless otherwise requested in writing, ClickFun Events Co may use photos, videos, or event content captured during events for promotional purposes, including social media, website galleries, and marketing materials.

If you prefer your event media to remain private, please notify us before the event.

7. Text Messaging Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages related to your booking, event updates, customer support, and occasional promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClickFun Events Co is not responsible for:

• Venue issues or power failures
• Delays caused by venue restrictions or client scheduling changes
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Technical interruptions outside of our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services booked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
